I assume that there are courses in your site still, it shows up as blank ?

is throwing 403 error .ITs blocked by server .

Yes i noticed that but cpanel you shared not allowing access to edit the wo-config.php file to enable the error reporting.

Also if possible please clear the error_log its 2.50 GB which is huge .

Ok I set php memory limit to 312M and it fixed the issue . 

The issue is appearing because of so many courses lined up on the home screen in one go . 

Please reduce their number since each course runs many queries to fetch data from database  .
