The profile layout templates are supposed to be easy to load. We need site detials to login and check what is wrong in your layout.

Hi the issue is not replicated at our end

Note that you can write any php limit in your cpanel but there is an actual php memory limit on server .

Setting php memory limit to 512 was causing issues in your website because server might have limited the memory to something else . 

Setting 368MB worked because server actually has this memory available to php .
