    I have try to create student registration form in WPLMS is not working.

    if you go LMS > Settings > Registration Forms you can create
    if you go VibeBP > Settings > Registration Forms also you can create

    i tried both it's not working but i don't understand why 2 places have registration forms to create

    i am using Gravity Form it's working but it's not taking student profile view for who ever register as a student thats the problem.

    HI I tried but the emails are not going from your system ,something has happened due to buddypress plugin update .We are also facing this issue with our local site . Need some time to debug .

    For emails, try installing the plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/vibe-buddypress-to-wp-mail-fix/

    See if emails start working. 

    Try force sending the emails from WP admin - Users - pending signups.

    The WPLMS one LMS - Settings - registration forms will go away in updates, it is there for backwards compatibility for version 3 users.
