Hello, our instructors at the time of evaluating the questionnaires show on the screen "you are not an instructor" being that they are, and in addition to that it does not allow them to send neither the score nor the observations since these do not reach the student and I myself as an administrator confirmed that it is so, could you tell me what the problem is or if there is a possibility that they enter our page and see what could cause this
Well apart from checking the instructor , we also check if that instructor actually an author of the course and if you are checking and evaluating from my quizzes then its necesssary for the instructor to be author of the quiz .Please check if instructor is author of quiz otherwise evaluate quizzes from manage courses -> select course - > submissions tab .
