    Can I delete these two? They are of no use to me. Is it setting or do I need to use code?

    Please try adding this custom css in your wp-admin-> appearance-> customize -> custom css : 

    .vibebp_myprofile .profile_grid .profile_grid_header .end_block .tours_wrapper,.vibebp_myprofile .profile_grid .profile_grid_header .end_block .notifications {
        display:none;
    }
