About 2 and a half years ago someone startedthis ticket. Veronica replied:
We have a planned feature request called “Archive users”. Which is basically archive user and its data from active database, so that it is not taken into account for mysql calculations.
Do you think this fits your issue as well ?
the tables which will reflect with this are:
wp_users
wp_usermets
wp_postmeta
wp_commentmeta
Later in the ticket it is suggested that this will be added in WPLMS 4.0 or maybe later.
Any idea on when to expect to have this addition? Would be great tool to speed up the website. Also, what will happen when I click this button in lms/settings/functions? Will I lose anything important? Will scores still be present and do certificates still have a final score on them?
Haha! I don't want to delete my users. I had the impression that every user that follows courses, gets scores and certificates/badges makes the website save loads of data in database. And that I could empty unnecessary data from database without effecting users...

This is still pending and considering the support load we have , i think we are gonna drop that idea .
However if you delete user from wp-admin -> users . this should take care of user data .
