I am facing issues after updating the theme manually.  As a logged-in student, after clicking on the course tab, a blank screen is displayed. The enrolled courses are neither seen nor accessible.

The rest of the other tabs are functioning ok. like forum, shop, profile etc.

Please guide how to resolve it.
