    Hi,
I have set-up/installed WordPress manually from the Cpanel and after then have installed your tutorly theme with a valid license code. and successfully installed it with demo content.

I have watched your video guide already. And the class menu options are available on the instructor app panel. But the issue happens when trying to add a new class. I have fulfilled all the fields but it's not saved to the database.

I need your assistance urgently. Thanks!

Without a title the group can not be created.

Note, there is a bug in the editor field.

That is when you expand the editor field, it removes the group title.

So, while creating the group, first expand all the editor fields ( chenge to text if required ) and then enter the title and remainig details.

@syamilshimi : Please ensure that "Group Name" is filled when you click on "Create Group ". Also ensure group tables are installed.  Simply re-save components at WP admin - settings - buddypress - components.

@kawsar : The API call to create the group is restricted by 403 .

https://prnt.sc/Jb9MEgcBRoUr , note that if restricted by our code we throw an error of 401 . 403 means some third part plugin is blocking this.

Please check if you have a WP firewall plugin or security plugin that could be blocking this, try deactivating it. IF found you may need to add custom setting to by[pass this.

We would need WP admin access of your site to further investigate and tell you the exact cause of this issue.

  • syamilsahimi replied

can you give us your mail address. We will send the Admin access

Thanks for your investigate and replay. I also have seen there was an error happend and the resource not loaded correctly.
Here is a URL that was triggered a 403 issue:  https://wementoor.com/wp-json/vbp/v1/groups/create_update_group?upload
And the result displaying status 404 not found if you try to browse the above URL: "

    {"code":"rest_no_route","message":"No route was found matching the URL and request method.","data":{"status":404}}

On our website there no third party plugins are installed. All plugins are installed as your theme recommended.

Please share FTP details we need to debug in wordpress files what is not working.

There is a chance the the folder required for groups is not bieng created in your site.

    Ripul replied

After a lot of debugging this is now confirmed that some server setting is blocking the reuqest. The request for creating groups in not executing the code. Kindly consult your web host and share the use case the REST api request : https://wementoor.com/wp-json/vbp/v1/groups/create_update_group?upload

share this screenshot : https://prnt.sc/EVwhKAKZNbj9 as you can see this is an error from the server not from WP or our plugins.

can i know when will this matter solve?

  • [deleted] replied

Hi we cannot do anything in this

the REST api request : https://wementoor.com/wp-json/vbp/v1/groups/create_update_group?upload

is being blocked by your hosting provider

Kindly consult your web host and share the use case .

    Ripul replied

Further checking, now your webhost is unable to respond to api calls : https://prnt.sc/14uy3CDbl4Zihttps://prnt.sc/4s-tsG7TpFN8

Kindly consult your webhost and share the above screenshots. While previous issue "seemed" connected with file permissions the above is server settings restricting the API calls. Unfortunately,  the code can not resolve a 503 error of your site. Please consult your webhost on this. If possible try changing the webhost and we can do the setup again.

Hi thanks for your reply. But stricly request to you please reaply faster

You know I have sent a message and getting response after 3 to 5 days. It's not the right way to provide supports to your customers.

Still I have a an issue. Can I know where the file hosted?

    https://wementoor.com/wp-json/vbp/v1/groups/create_update_group

The above url is not actuall URL and inside hosting server there are no such directory available called "https://wementoor.com/wp-json/

Then how the file was found and how the server will handle?

  • [deleted] replied

there is no practical file here , its a virtual endpoint .

This is blocked by your server .

Please contact your webhost to resolve this , we cannot do anything to resolve this issue here .

you webhost must handle it the same way like https://wementoor.com/find-your-class/ this page is handled .there is not folder named : find-your-class in your site .still the page works .
