    Hi, I have a lot of customers who are enrolled in courses but I realised that the certificate validator is not working. Whenever someone uses their code to see if they are authenticated or not it does not show anything.

    Ok for this please create a page names as certificate-validator from wp-admin -> pages -> add new . 

    Select its page template to be "Certificate" . 

    After this please goto wp-admin -> wplms -> course manager -> select default certificate page . \

    select that page there , then it will work.
