    Every once in a while, the student’s side will receive notifications about those that the instructor has reviewed the Homework

    CLARIFICATION:
    A notification to a student about checking homework by an instructor does not always come.

    Ok do you mean the notification in app -> notifications panel or the email ? 

    email should arrive each time student submits an assignment to the instructor .
