I'm having great difficulty understanding the management of commissions and payments. The documentation doesn't explain how it works, it talks about another plugin that has nothing to do with it.
After several attempts I managed to figure out how to set up the commissions, and so far so good. While it never calculates decimal numbers, it only works with integers. ( https://ibb.co/09QfRq5 )
The tutor in the form can read the fees he pays for each lesson, but the problem now is the tutor is paid??
I've read in various discussions that there is talk of payment thresholds, where are they? Second, will the tutor still have to declare his own Paypal account, for example, to receive payment? Third the chat doesn't work. How does the Tutor send the message?
When you go to the message tab, it lets me choose whether to write a text, an image etc but there is no send message button, so it's impossible to send it. ( https://ibb.co/Ct1mKBd )

1- Commission threshold , you already set up this as 10Euro/10 USD https://imgbb.com/8cqky3f

2- Your tutor needs to have the role of Contributor/Editor so it shows up in the WP-admin -Commssion https://imgbb.com/8cqky3f 

3- Assuming you installed the paypal plugin in your theme ( external plugin) , you only need a tutor email to pay them ( bellow screenshot from my website) 

I let the editors correct me if I m wrong, but this is how I could fix these from my end
