This pay via Paypal button is currently only a link, the valure you enter in Commissions to pay, along with paypal email and then you click on pay via paypal will take you to paypal site to pay the user directly.

How do I get the link to paypal website installed my commission dashboard in the interim while we await the vibe earnings update?
Currently this step is manual. You can create a custom profile field asking for instructor's paypal email id.
