    hello, when I spend 5 minutes, looking at the course, browsing the user panel (student), or my admin pannel the course stops appearing, and I can’t do anything, displaying the following error “object” “object” attach video https://vimeo.com/793332465

    yes you have very old version of vibebp and wplms .please update to latest 1.9.7 and 1.9.5 resp.

    1. In the video you are installing the theme in plugins section. This is not required.

    2. You only need to update the plugins and it seems the plugins are configured for updates : https://prnt.sc/HmqWXFfD7JC1

    3. I logged in and I was able to see updates to the plugins : https://prnt.sc/mujhMYqiUEyc

    Hello, please I need a solution to this. I have been experiencing this error for 10 days, which appears after an interval of time, in the teacher or student panel, object object appears, or "you do not have permissions to do that", when minutes before I could do it.
    I can't create any more course, because I'm creating it and again... that error after a lapse of time.
    in the time it lets me create it (5 to 10 mins) it doesn't connect to the media library either.
    can someone get into my wp, and check what happens? and fix it? because I don't know what to do anymore, and I have armed courses that I can't load.

    Hello how are you? I talked to my web server, and he told me that the cache was managed from elementor. I attached an image, is this so? And if this is the solution, you could do it for me.

    Hello, my web manager already suggested the cache thing to me, but it didn't work. what can I do now? I have courses to present and I can't. please tell me.... is there a way that you can reinstall everything again? I renewed the support service but the issue is not resolved and the days go by. It's been 16 days and I'm stuck.

    Please can you share exact steps to replicate this. Only if we can replicate we can provide a fix.

    is there any user where this shows up consistently ? Did you try clearing the elementor cache ?

    Did you try logging our completely from your site and re-check this ?

    oh, sorry, I haven't interpreted the messages, I thought they were telling me there was no solution (I use the google translator,,) of course, now I understand that you don't see that error that appears to me. sorry.
    On the other hand, I already did the elementor thing, I would need them to figure out how to completely log out of my page, to see if it is cache, yesterday I tried with my wife's cell phone, and it gave me the same error, after a period of time.

    I did all the steps, and I still see the error.
    Please look at the video that I sent, that at minute 5 and 35 seconds, what I am telling you appears.
    On the other hand, it could be that my web manager assigned me 256 megabytes of ram (because it's a shared hosting) and it's too low for this template?

    HELLO, I TRY FROM ANOTHER COMPUTER THAT I HAVE, AND NO PROBLEM. IT MUST BE MY OTHER COMPUTER, AND THE SAME HAPPENS ON 2 CELL PHONES THAT I HAVE.

    Hi im trying to replicate the issue but cannot , i guess either there is server crashing or server is blocking the request assuming it as attack (we seen this issue in past with customers servers ).


    check if there is some attack or ddos security that might be blocking these requests :

    Hello, how are you? The same problem has appeared. but... when I log in with any user or administrator to enter my WEB page, there is no problem, but, if I enter WORDPRESS AT THE SAME TIME, "OBJECT OBJECT" APPEARS ON MY ORIGINAL PAGE. COULD THE PROBLEM BE THAT I USE THE SAME USER AND PASSORD FOR BOTH? BOTH WORDPRESS AND MY WEBSITE?

    lo que pasa es que: cuando yo ingreso en cualquier usuario al cabo ds un tiempo, 3, 4, o varios minutos navegando en el panel aparece " object object" cosulta: sera que uso el musmo usuario  tanto para wordress y el acceso a mi plarafirma? Entonces, porque me sparece el mismo error en todos los usuarios al cabo de un intervalo de tiempo. Gracias!
