    Hello

    I am actually not one to quickly bad mouth a product because, I understand how much hardwork might have gone in making such product. However, this is the most frustrating wordpress theme experience I have ever had. I have installed lots of wordpress themes in the past with no issue and with simple process. 

    My issue: I installed your theme, followed all the instructions and the theme is still not displaying correctly. I requested help from your team, since you sad you can help with installation. The agent was very slow to respond, with average responds between 24 to 48 hours for each question I asked. When he finally came back about the installation, the website was still the same, he said that the problem was that I need to change permissions for items in wp-content  (644 for files and 755 for folder). Afetr changing permissions as he said, still the same issues. I have since respond to the ticket with screenshots of the permission changes. I have not gotten any response, make be one will come in another 48 hours. Please let me know if this can be resolved or I need to look for another theme options.

    Firstly you do not have a domain name that itself can present issues while installing the theme. Setup any domain name on the ip address.

    secondly, support issues are always, always to be reported here. 

    Please share WP admin details to check this in detail

    Hi Ripul, Please let us not be defensive with responses that are not objective. All I wanted was the demo import to display, that is the minimum I can get when buying and installing a new theme. Having a domain name has nothing to do with the demo not displaying. I gave you the ip address, which is the same as using the domain name. I have installed many wordpress sites this way and there were no issues. However, to satisfy your assertions, I have sent the domain name in the private ticket.

    You also stated that support issue are to be reported here. I think that is what I am doing now. Reporting issues about support.

    lastly, I am sending the new Wp admin details in the private ticket.

    Which is why we provide free demo installation. 

    Unlike WordPress, buddypress does not have any import export method so we are generating profile fields etc using our functions which results in inconsistent results.

    Once again, the ip address can cause issues with BuddyPress, we've seen this in the past. Since you insist, I can setup on this.
