I am using your WordPress theme and I have a question about the user roles. I understand that there are five user roles: subscriber, contributor, author, editor, and administrator. Can you please explain the difference between these roles and what each user can do and cannot do?

For example, I know that the administrator role has the most permissions, but I am not sure what all of those permissions are.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with this information so that I can understand the user roles better and assign the correct roles to my users.

The Theme does not use User Roles it uses another concept called Member types.

WordPress roles =  WordPress user roles , irrelevant as users do not log into WP

Member Types = You set the capabilitites at WP admin - Vibebp - settings - PRojects.

I am having some trouble adding new users to the project and assigning member types to them.

I have attached a screenshot of the issue I am facing. As you can see, there is only one member type which is "Seniors". I would like to add new member types, such as "Juniors" and "Interns".

Can you please tell me how to add new member types and assign them to users?

As soon as you add a new member, its member type and member team would be updated.

You dont have to add a member type it automatically gets detected from the members added in the project.

Also note, if you are site admin then you get the capability toa dd mmbers to project, otherwise for custom Member types, this capability neds to be adde din WP admin - Vibebp - settings - projects.
