Hey Vibethems support, thank you for spending your precious time supporting me. here are some issues I'm experiencing. please help me. 1/ ( first picture) Authorization has been granted to Staff, but That Account cannot exercise the granted rights. For example: Create a checklist, tick the checklist completed, Staff cannot do it even though it has been granted permission. => At this point I'm having my employee a subscriber role, does it have to be a contributor role or an author or editor to manage the checklist?
2/ The original Admin account should be able to see all members' Projects. Currently, my admin account can't see when other members create a new project if they don't tag me in. Please help me with an article or video that shows how to configure the access of each account.
3/ (second picture) Bulk action “Add members to cards” does not work, click Apply and still not be able to add members to the project.
4/ ( third picture) The way of viewing the Task list does not show the Gantt chart, the Due date is not correct. For example, I set the Due date as Nov 2, 2023, to Jan 24, 2024, but the website shows: Nov, 2 – Oct, 4.
1. Please do not confuse WordPRess role with Member Types.
Subscriber / Editor / Author / Administrator <-- These are WordPRess roles
WP admin - USers - Member Types <-- this is where you create member types
Since This is a headless front end application, except for the administrator role whcih is an exception you will need to use member types for all capabilities.
Also note when you switch the user's member type while testing, you will require the user to logout and re-login, becuase member type information is saved in JWT login key.

4. You mean clicking this should select the chart for current start date to show where the graph is?
