I have the following fields on my registration form: email, password, full name and WhatsApp. My client needs to pull these fields into a marketing tool called RD Station.
Through automation using the MAKE.com tool (integromat) I was able to pull the name and email information into the tool so that it becomes a lead whenever someone signs up on the platform, but the WhatsApp field is not pulled at all. Could you tell me how I can resolve this?
Good morning. Sorry for the delay in responding. I've had a very turbulent week here.
Attached is the pint of the Make.com tool.
Whenever a user registers on Wordpress, it takes the information and creates a "conversion" in the RD Station tool with the Name, Email and Whatsapp information.
This automation is working, but the only information that is not pulled is the WhatsApp field.

Apologies for delay, can you share more details on the make.com tool and screenshots on the mapping screen.
the database table for Name & email are same whereas for WhatsApp it would be xprofile data.
