    Hello!

    What does "course expired" mean?
And why did the course expire only in Russian and Ukrainian, if the settings in this course are the same in all languages?

there is a particular duration for which course is assigned to user in wplms . which you set in course settings . please check course settings :

you can extend duration from corse amdin :

We had it set to 13 years (just for testing) https://prnt.sc/ChnhwjsdtBST .
But I changed it to 9999.
And then how to set the duration of the course, if we specified a term of 13 years (the course was created last year), and the problem has already arisen that the term of the course has expired? And I also want to note that the settings are the same on all courses (13 years), but the problem occurred only on one course.

    Hi)
I changed the duration of the course to 9999, as you said, but for some reason, the duration is automatically selected in days. I changed it again as shown in the video. Although even before that there was an "unlimited term" indicator, but the course was unavailable. I updated and the course became available again. Also, the English course still has a term of 13 years, but it is active and everything works fine. Also, at the beginning of the video with the Ukrainian course, you could notice another course next to it, which also had the same  "course expired"  status , although it is still active in other languages.
But after some time I returned to the course that I changed and it is inactive again ... https://prnt.sc/enet46AMVgYq

    The video is here:  https://fex.net/s/xarkmcr

I can share the accesses so you can go and check other courses that have the same problem. https://prnt.sc/RHCUY24nO_uL

Hi yes it wont fix the expired issue for the users who are already logged in . It will fix for the students who will enroll now in course .

To fix for existing students you have to extend thier duration from course amdin :

    OK thank you! it helped.

But why do the same settings in all languages break, only in Ukrainian? In English and Russian, the course had exactly the same settings for the term of activity, but the problem arose only with courses in the Ukrainian language?

This might happen when the course meta is not copied properly or the course product was not linked properly .

you need to check the course duration and course product in course setting in front end after copying the translation.

the course product should not be copied intially you must create a new product for respective course product language .

Not all courses were created using translation, the last few courses were created entirely from the front end, where the product of this course and all course components were created. That is, although the course is called the same, it is not a copy, it is a completely new and independent product.

In addition, we really need this feature to work properly  - the course activity term - for our real courses in the future. Setting "Unlimited term" is not an option for us.

Hi I checked the settings of this course , the issue expired wont appear to new users , but for old students you have to extend subscription from course admin  :
