    well somehow this marks is saved for that user in database . 

    this could happen when curriculum is changed while course was pursued by the user and he finished it later . 

    very unlikely case to happen . 

    you can adjust marks from course admin :

    Took some time to see the button I needed to click to change score, but I made it work.
