you can design course card and select it to render by selecting Elementor card in the Featured style setting of grid .

Well all of this is currently not possible as of now in wplms : maybe you can add custom featured block style for this : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/creating-custom-featured-block-style/

It is very much confusing . There are no such kind of file WPLMS Customizer -> customizer_class.php.
