Hello Vibe themes. I have installed and activated vibe chat on my website the goal is for real time messaging and chatting among members on the website. I have followed your tutorials and set up Firebase. I enabled the chat button at the bottom of the site but when I click it nothing happens. also the LMS add-on section does not have the live plugin nor the live section have space to input the license key.
Please, I need help as this is a vital component of my website . Thanks
yes its the correct one . but it does not offer the global chat for guest users this chat plugin is exclusively for logged in users and only works on the app dashboard page .

can you share which chat plugin you have purchased ?

this vibe chat only provides chat to the logged in user guest and sitewide chat is not available in this.
this chat works on the dashboard page :
