Do you even know what I'm asking?

When I compelte a course with specific score, I get this email: https://imgur.com/a/SaGBsPK At the bottom it says AFMELDEN, meaning: UNSUBSCRIBE. When I click it I go to this url: https://meestergijs.nl/studenten/willy_schudspier/settings/notifications/#component=settings

How can I change that page? Or how can I change that url to the app page with settings? Like the image you have shown?
