When someone registered as student (3.JPG), after activation, when student is loging-in, page is showing like a tutor (1.JPG). It shoud look like 4.JPG
set the default member layout in WP admin - vibebp - profile layouts by clicking on star icon
also edit the layout you have selected for instructors and in the edit screen of WordPress (not elementor), you'll see the option to set it for instructors.

As you mention this is for instructor, for student how can I see the booking hours and the profile, payments, etc. Where is that?
