I am not able to install the product on WordPress and it says incompatible archive

This error is due to wordpress itself : https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/60398
please unzip and zip it again to fix it in windows .
if still not able to install please share your site url ,admin creds , theme purchase code and demo you like to install , we will install the demo for free for you.

Notice that in your url the purchase code is missing.
Did you enter the purhase code in previous step ?
