    hi we have resolved the error  but somehow your server is rejecting the api call to get the user's favourites : 

    this api call is being blocked by server or maybe its cached somehow .

    it seems like with that admin user its not working please try to check this with a new user account it should work .

    I've been trying to figure out what's happening since you identified the 401 warning. Heroname said it's not a server problem, probably a theme or plugin conflict. So I went to investigate each one, one by one, until only those Tutorly and Vibe Plugins were left. Guess what? The problem is still there. After this, I asked NameHero again to take a closer look and see if they can identify anything on their end.

    Thank you, it is unable to detect logged in user which is why this is not working.

    this is because on playground its not fixed we have not updated the plugin at that demo .

    i also fixed it at your end but your favourites api has been blocked maybe your server has recogninzed as a attack .

    No. For the last two days, they have investigated this issue and saying that is a plugin or theme problem. Let's keep the Ripul Hypotheses. Please read Ripul comment  bellow

    login issue : 

    tutorly has two login one on front end in header <<<---- its vibebp login . 

    another one is wp login which shows on usual wp sites but our theme is different and build on react therefore we have different login system. 

    to sync both logins we provided two settings to sync the logins both ways  ,

    but note here that the sync vibebp login with wp does not for admin user role due to security reasons we disabled it for admin users . 



    coming to favourites issue its not working only due to api being blocked by server and is returning 401 error there .

    This is not what Ripul concluded. Namehero support also says this is an API issue or issue. But anyway, I'll check with them again.

    please share your admin url to login .I will share a video which will provide that the request is not even reaching the code . 

    and server itself is blocking the request there .

    same error : 

    i guess the issue is appearing due too many favourites requests on server which server is assessing like an attack is blocking it. 

    we might need to fix this in the script so that it does not sends out too many requests there to fix it.

    Too many calls, we're removing favoruteis saving in db to speed up and remove reliability on wp db.

    we are working on it. just resolved bugs in batches and wplms woocommerce addons will work on it.

    yes im sorry we impelemted to fetch the time issue from the a php file to show the time of users but that trick failed we are trying new techinique now.
