Last Friday I used my website in class, with my own students. These were the issues I encountered. Situation: students were in a classroom together, everyone used either their own laptop from home or a laptop from school.
Could you respond to each one, please?
1) Student finishes all parts of a course, but after completing the final quiz the COMPLETE COURSE button doesn't show. Only when they click on a previous element and then go back to final quiz does the button show. What is this issue?
2) The progress bar doesn't match actual progress. How come?
3) Sometimes the COMPLETE COURSE button does show, but when clicking it it shows a white loading page and nothing happens. The review popup doesn't show. Page stays empty/white. How come?
4) Students goes to batch/class. Click a class course and is being send to course directory, instead of to the start of that actual course. Why?
5) And can you help me with this? Some Adobe embedded PDFs don't load. They show the error: Embed PDF API: not authorized to use the provided PDF Embed API Client ID. I've searched online but I don't know how to fix it.
1 . hi the issue is not replicated on our end and also many users are able to update theme and plugins . for theme you have to use the envato market plugin .
2 . hi yes this was a bug which we fixed in your site recently completing h5p quiz was not updated the user course progress actually , but this does not fixes the issue with the existing users in existing course s.
