After clicking on activation buttom from mail received by website from a new student registration, system is showing the page attached to this ticket. I want to hide the key showed, because it is not user friendly and change the message there. How can I modify this page?
It is possible to hide the activation key in the text box, it does not matter is hard coded, I can do it, this because it generates confutions to the users.

You can use translation plugin to change this template. This is hard coded from the BuddyPress - WPLMS template system.

Please try adding this custom css in your wp-admin-> appearance-> customize -> custom css :
