I would like to enquire how a tutor can book multiple slots for a specific subject. Let say the tutor has a Class on English Grammar that requires 5 sessions/classes over a period of 5 days. How can they book these slots, so that it is not as invidual but grouped as one. So when a user books they cannot book 1 slot of the 5 but have to book all 5. Or when the user books the 1 slot it includes all the other 4 with a notification that the session is made up of 5.
I have followed the instructions as per the video however when I add a slot after creating the group i am not able to see the group within the service section. I can only see the services I have enrolled in. Why is this?
My apologies, I reviewed the video and I needed to created the slot under a service then after click on the slot and assign the group.
I would like to ask if there is no effecient way to simplify this process where one can add the group when booking the slots. I created slots for the month of May as recurring every Tuesday and Friday. Firstly when it saved it saved the slots on Wednesdays and Saturdays not sure why. I then need to go into every slot within the calendar to assign group a very tedious exercise.
My problem is that it is tedious work to go through every slot to assign the group. Another problem is that I could miss adding a slot to the group in error. If this duty is given to the instructor it can cause the same problem and if this is given to the admin to facilitate it would then be to much for admin to handle if there is 10+ instructors booking and amending consistently.
Well the one you used was for ad-hoc management actually group slots can be purchased you need to enable seats in the group slots there :

to set price for the groups slots please add a product type field in the backend from vibebp-> settings -> buddypress -> groups link -> add group fields . then select or craete a product there .
