    Hello,

We encountered a problem while setting up the menu in the mobile version. The menu displays correctly in the English version, here's a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/nyLPpThEFau2 .

But in Ukrainian and Russian languages, it's displaying incorrectly: https://prnt.sc/FRUft5-S9dTM

We want to mention beforehand that the entire menu is translated, and everything works fine in the desktop version. We edit it correctly, but some fields disappear. After saving, the menu becomes distorted.

Please tell me what the problem is?

The menu is functional, but there's an issue with the hierarchy. The menu should have the following items:

    HOME (Головна)
    TPMF (TPMF)
    DOMAINS (ДОМЕНИ)
    LEARNING (НАВЧАННЯ)
LEARN AND WORK! (ВЧИСЯ ТА ПРАЦЮЙ!)

In the mobile version, an additional item is displayed: Participants' Catalog (which should be a sub-item under LEARN AND WORK! (ВЧИСЯ ТА ПРАЦЮЙ!)) https://prnt.sc/bLe6qeBHhck6

Additionally, when opening the TPMF item, it should reveal 3 sub-items (as in the English version).https://prnt.sc/f9h0MHOH7ZpF
However, when opened in Ukrainian, it only displays 2 sub-items. https://prnt.sc/cmNv4yrpkelH

This issue persists throughout the entire menu

well you have enabled different menu items for students and instructors in your site , so the menu for admin or student will load here .

I disabled it now the menu is matching :

    Yes, thank you.
However, another issue has emerged with the 'Каталог учасників' sub-item (which should be a sub-item of 'ВЧИСЯ ТА ПРАЦЮЙ!'). When we place it in the mobile version, the mobile version is corrected https://prnt.sc/u3f0w__7aeFP , but the desktop version becomes distorted - https://prnt.sc/EwxiNJLHBg_G .
What could have caused this problem?

its obvious there isn't any space for this menu item in the header on desktop .

virtually you can add unlimited menu items to menu but the header cannot accomodate them all .

please remove or shift it to sub menu , also create different menus for mobile and main  as well .

But we have two menus for desktop and two for mobile. When we move a menu item to a submenu, it displays correctly on the mobile version, but the desktop menu changes, and vice versa.

We watched the video and you recreated the problem. Subpoint if removed from the desktop menu appears in the mobile, and vice versa. Can't you reproduce the problem through which it appears?

  • [deleted] replied

well that happened due to the wpml menu you have at the end it does not shows any other menu sub menu item other than its language menu item .
