    Hello,

When we log in to the website through the Safari web browser, it redirects us to the 'Home' page, where we need to log in again. I've attached a video of this issue. Also, this problem occurs less frequently in the mobile version of Chrome.

Could you please advise on how to fix this problem?

the issue seems to be related to caching I guess .

This issue rarely occurs in Chrome, but it's more frequent in Safari.
If it's a caching issue, will it be possible to resolve it?

  • [deleted] replied

clearing the cache from the device itself and also clearing cache from the caching plugin settings time to time might resolve the issue .

But we can't ask customers to constantly clear the cache to make the website work. Have you traced where this problem originates from? It's important to fix it so that it doesn't scare off customers.

its from the caching plugin actually and might not appear again , this might happen when you activated caching before setting up the site fully .

Please explain in more detail, because we don't understand how the problem arises and how it will be resolved.

the issue is not due to our code or plugin its due to the api hit to validate token might be cached in case of safari browser .

still we will test it out provide some time .

    Hi,

You haven't responded for 6 days!
We don't understand why you are not replying. Are you unable to find the cause of the problem?!

this again is specific to 1 browser in apple platform. We need more time to debug this ,since this is added in one of the recent updates of the OS. In older iphone 11 it is still working so it is connected to latest updates
