After creating a user (either a student or an instructor) and configuring their profile, we found some bugs. There is a field labeled "Personal email" where the email provided during registration should appear, but the email field itself is not displayed, so it's not possible to view or edit it. https://prnt.sc/YuEBDYRX_nfc
But we need users to be able to see the email field filled in during registration. This email address is where clients receive their account information. If they forget the email they used during registration, they should have the ability to view it.
It is important for us that the email entered during registration is saved and displayed here for the user: https://prnt.sc/6xJShpXisfvZ We need this field; it is present, but it does not work!
How did this help? Gender is still not displayed in the profile settings in the Russian and Ukrainian versions. Regarding the email issue, you also haven't provided a reason for the problem or how to fix it.
You wrote that we should make the email field mandatory.
At the same time, you said that a user cannot register without adding their personal email, and you showed this in the video. This is because the email field is already set as mandatory.
The problem is that it doesn't display https://prnt.sc/Fl70YYMMwKCr. Since it is a mandatory field, all users register by providing their email address and gender. However, these details do not appear here (in the Profile editing section). Try creating a user by entering these details (email address and gender) and you'll see that they do not display. It is impossible to view the information you entered.
The date of birth field displays correctly for us, and the gender field also displays correctly on the English version of the site, but it is incorrect on the Russian and Ukrainian versions.
However, your interface for editing the profile does not have an email field. Could you please add it and then check if the email is displayed in the interface?
Thank you for the video. We will provide access so your specialists can determine what we're doing wrong since it’s not working for us. Which access do you need? We disabled the settings, but it didn't help.
We are exhausted, and it seems like different managers respond each time, which is frustrating. We reported the issue with the "Personal email" field, not the "email system login mail" field. Here is a screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/aby1CPjMzqDL
Regarding the gender field issue, we are also in contact with WPML, and they have requested that we replicate the problem on a test site they created. However, we need your test theme for this. Can we replicate the problem on the WPML site and use our license for this purpose?
We don't understand the necessity. We can provide you with access so you can do what's needed. Alternatively, please give permission to provide the test theme to WPML.
We cannot check custom code.It is not covered in theme support , even i tried to deactivate your custom code by uploading new wplms plugin but it did not had any effect surprisingly .
Hello,
After creating a user (either a student or an instructor) and configuring their profile, we found some bugs. There is a field labeled "Personal email" where the email provided during registration should appear, but the email field itself is not displayed, so it's not possible to view or edit it. https://prnt.sc/YuEBDYRX_nfc
Also, the "Gender" field is displayed only in English. https://prnt.sc/UolS-At7vsbf https://prnt.sc/gZkROI7VCGXv https://prnt.sc/9IX5qtJEdvqt
How can we fix this?
1 . personal email is a bp profile field and the email which user fills in is actually its original email which is used to register the user .
you can remove this profile field . the email of user shows here :
2 . for gender profile field options you will have to add translation strings there in wpml string translation plugin .
But we need users to be able to see the email field filled in during registration. This email address is where clients receive their account information. If they forget the email they used during registration, they should have the ability to view it.
in our registration form a mandatory email field is already present please check by removing your customizations .
please use that field.
It is important for us that the email entered during registration is saved and displayed here for the user: https://prnt.sc/6xJShpXisfvZ
We need this field; it is present, but it does not work!
then please show it in the custom registration form and make it as a required field .
But this field is already mandatory and added to the registration form.
https://prnt.sc/jKz4kSbrQnNV
then this field should be shown there when user signup using this form .
are uses able to signup without entering this mandatory field ?
No, we really need it to send the person an email with their details after registration.
then the field should appears as filled :
How do I do that?
make it a required field :
How did this help?
Gender is still not displayed in the profile settings in the Russian and Ukrainian versions.
Regarding the email issue, you also haven't provided a reason for the problem or how to fix it.
I gave example of geneder field of my local host please consider it as email field and in email field you need to enable this setting .
or if gender field not showing then make sure its checked for all member types and also enable signup field on the right
check this video : https://somup.com/cZhvDo57ad
a user cannot register without adding personal email field .
You wrote that we should make the email field mandatory.
At the same time, you said that a user cannot register without adding their personal email, and you showed this in the video. This is because the email field is already set as mandatory.
We are still waiting for a response.
yes i cannot understand your issue ?
email field is mandatory and the user who register has to fill it . then it will show there in their profile after activating , what is wrong here?
The problem is that it doesn't display https://prnt.sc/Fl70YYMMwKCr. Since it is a mandatory field, all users register by providing their email address and gender. However, these details do not appear here (in the Profile editing section). Try creating a user by entering these details (email address and gender) and you'll see that they do not display. It is impossible to view the information you entered.
this is totally working at our end .
please simply remove your customizations and it will work .
We don't understand how this could be... Can you provide screenshots of how it looks on your end?
please check the video , the gender and birthday fields are saving fine and shows when user is activated :

The date of birth field displays correctly for us, and the gender field also displays correctly on the English version of the site, but it is incorrect on the Russian and Ukrainian versions.
However, your interface for editing the profile does not have an email field. Could you please add it and then check if the email is displayed in the interface?

sure/
Which access do you need?
I dont need any access we cannot debug other deve code its not covered in support .
So, it's not your development code? This is your code.
We used your tools to add the field. You yourself included this field in previous messages!
this field is not present in our shortcode :
this is your modified version of wplms_registration_form shortcode
Please pay attention!
We are exhausted, and it seems like different managers respond each time, which is frustrating. We reported the issue with the "Personal email" field, not the "email system login mail" field.

hi please first disable your customizations in custom registration forms then we will check and fix it .
