I am these problems when booking a slot and purchasing:
1. When I create a slot using pm, the slots saves with am. How can I fix this?
2. See the image below: I would like to add more details about the class being offered in this window also in the window after you click confirm. (Please note that we have a tutor who teaches on varies subjects which we have listed as services but when a learners books a slot they are unable to see what service they are booking for). How can I do this?
3. Class or group member details not showing. I booked a slot for a service and linked it with the group (class) but it did not show the combined total cost as the class will run over a couple of weeks. How can I fix this?
4. When booking a class we have the option to add a start date, can we not total sessions instead? Many of our classes will be reoccuring meaning that once it is completed it will run again to a new group of people. I would prefer to indicate that the total session is "x" than have a start date for the class. How can I do this?
5. When a learner books a slot which is linked to a group (class) the learner is unable to see the details when they are booking (as per details in image on point 4) . It would be important for the learner to know more details about this class upfront before they book. Hence why point 2 + 3 are very important to make a sale. Please assist on how to make this active in the booking window or when a user clicks on a slot in the calendar.
For the other points (2,3,5) when do you think it will be updated on the platform and ready to use. We are looking to go to launch in June and would appreciate if it can be updated by then
point 5: still not active (see image). Still showing as Service 1010 [149] and not the name of the class or service being booked.
Also please note that that the emailers that go out also has the same details. I would prefer that when a user books a service called English that the service name appears on the cart and checkout forms. I would also prefer the emails have the service details (e.g. English class) even the email with the zoom link. See examples of emails descriptions below. Appointment 132 is not a helpful phrase. However if it did mentions your English Class appointment 132 that would be better.

1. Checking this ... ensure you are saving at 16:00 - 17:00 hours while creating the slots.

3 . for this the slot has to be a recurring slot :
4 . you can add more fields in group from wp-admin -> vibebp-> settings -> buddypress -> groups -> group custom fields .
you can add end date as well , then show it in the group layout using elementor group data widget .
