We have set up course publishing to require administrator approval. Now, after an instructor publishes a course, it goes to Drafts instead of the "Pending Review" tab. As a result, administrators do not receive notifications to review the course.
Create another test course, add its publication video. It is not displayed in the "In Review" section. It was published in the "Drafts" at the end of the list.
There are no notifications in the admin panel indicating the need to evaluate the course. Also, if you noticed, the photo and description of the course were erased during publication: https://prnt.sc/KNch5pG_Pewt."

How can we fix this issue?
hi can you share a video for this ? the course is saved in draft for the instructor and it should show in pending .
note that you have to hit the last button in accessibility "Send for approval" to send the course actually for approval or pending .
