I am having problems with booking slots in the manage slots section. I have booked a slot but it is not available when I click find instructor. I have refreshed, waited 5-10 minutes and still not available.
I have noticed the same when I create services and services types. I cannot access the newly created service or service type from the dashboard. It only appears a few hours later.
Thanx for the reply but I am not sure how it helps with my original request (btw I have installed the plugin).
Regarding my question when a customer would come to book a slot on the site the user would see image 1 but needs to open the profile to see more details about the class being offered as we see on image 2, now it is visible that there is slots for English and French.
Please be aware that our tutors will sometimes teach on multiple subjects like English and French. The learners would need to know when there are booking which class is which. So currently the user experience is not so great. We also do not want to create two tutor profiles for two different subjects.
So how can the user experience be improved where perhaps when they hover over the time slot, it opens a small window about the class. It could be as simple as text saying English Class or French Class?
well on the profile where slots shows like this it shows the subjects in the slots , but yes we have to show the slot subject in the directory view : this is a pending issue . we will add the subject/service details in there in the booking popup when user click on slot and also in cart as well.

Under find an instructor the slot is not visible (see above).
However under managed slot it is visible (see below).
please make sure that the related order are marked completed in wp-amdin -> orders
to mark them completed auto matically after payment success please install and setup this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/autocomplete-woocommerce-orders/
