    Accessing the platform from a mobile device is not friendly at all. See images for reference

    • Once signed in, the option to use the menu when clicking on the signed in button is not functioning optimally. I need to click multiple time to access this menu. When the menu opens and I click on dashboard then the profile menus bar do not function well in vertical mode (see image xxx57.jpg). I need to rotate my phone to view the elements. 
    • When I click on view profile of a tutor the "booking calendar" for a tutor is very bad in vertical mode. I need to rotate the screen to get a better view. (Note: when creating this layout using elementor I used the booking slot widget)
    • Also in this booking calendar are the buttons "device"+ "english" see image below for example. The header says set language but what are these buttons for because they do not function. One cannot set another langauge neither chose a device option.
    • When I click on "find a tutor" the list of tutors appear then I click "show schedule" and a small display of the calendar appears (see image xxx54.jpg). I can only see available times for the week. There is no filter or ways to navigate to see the view of a month. The service provided for those slots is not visible only the time which has no pm or am. This means a user need to click on every time slot to see which service is being offered. Also there is a button to view profile but as i mentioned in the previous point the calander view is not great.
    • When I use the appointments tab from the dashboard menu I can click "find an instructor" however when I click on "show schedule" the view is worse than the previous point. Also the profile menu bar sits slightly ontop of the menu bar

    is there any steps to replicate the issues you mention ? 

    what device you are using and which browser and its version .

    The device I am using is Xiaomi with google chrome. 

    On my device I have the button which says "show schedule" which opens the window as per your video however when I click show profile and scroll to availability I am now able to view which services are available in those time slots but the view is restricted. 

    Please consider the following: Some of our instructors tutor on multiple services and their choice is to have a service available for booking on a specific day. As an example Mon will be for French, Tues for English, Wed for Maths etc. In the Show schedule window the service is not visible only the time. We could end up with a scenario where a learners books a slot for Wed expecting to attend a French coaching but end up in a Maths tuition. Do you understand the problem it creates for the tutor. Also take into consideration that these slots are created with multiple seats. (See example image with 2 services for different days)

    Why then is there the option to add a service in manage slots with multiple seat? This platform section seems to only allow a one on one coaching/tutoring session and seats would not be relevant neither service type.

    And that means that for multiple seat one would need to create a class for multiple students. 

    Does this makes sense of my dilemma. 

    Ideally we would like that a tutor who has enrolled into multiple services is able to deliver these services on the days they wish according to their timetable and if its a Monday that they wish to have a french tutor session they can decide to add additional seats to this service but the learner/user must be able to see that this is a French class on Monday.

    yes we are going to add more details about the slot in upcoming update of vibe appoinements plugin which will show the slot service name while viewing the slot as well as in cart as well .
