I am using the one instructor child theme in version 4 but ever since v4 rolled out it has been outdated. I cant switch effortless to another template as everything breaks. Please help me, I cannot even make chanfes to my homepage as it is not built wit wp bakery or elementor
the oneInstructor demo was built using vibe-pagebuilder which can be revived from WP admin - wplms - misc. The old demos were removed to avoid confusion in few years ago.
however, we recommend using elementor or gutenberg to re-build pages for long run.
if want we can help you convert your existing pages into gutenberg or elementor

The templates are made on wplms gutenberg - templates are made on gutenberg and elementor
Both these are incompatible with each other, you can switch within elementor pages or within gutenberg.
For importing pages you need to go to setup wizard-> import pages
