    Hello,

    We still have issues after the last update and you're not answering our tickets.

    These are the issues we are facing:

    1.  The past time slots still show on "find an instructor" page 

    They only stopped showing on the profile, but here they still appear and you can still book them.

    I'm adding a screen recording for this.

    2. Also, the emails are still not working.

    We thought they are, but we realized that both types of users always get the last email you added, no matter what email you set in the settings.

    The moment you add a new email, this is the email that shows in registration, even if it's not what you set in the settings.

    3. In the past you told us we should enable the Performance accelerator, we did that and it caused a lot of issues. After we enabled it, users couldn't log in anymore. Luckily we had a backup of the website, but you should be aware of this problem.

    We want to have another call to go over the issues and make sure everything is resolved, we have to move forward with this project, we're running out of time and we can't keep chasing you every time new issues pop up.

    regarding Registration : 

    The emails in the registration work only with the shortcode, that means that you have to create a page and add that shortcode on that page,

    anyone registering from that shortcode gets the email template that you have selected.

    The default registration and the shortcode are two different methods of registration. You may only want to register users from the default registration in that case you can disable user selection of influencer vs user from WP admin - Vibebp - settings - Buddypress - Allow user to select member type in registration.

    So to clarify again :

    a. there is a default email that will be send to all the users which is the influencer one you have. I would suggest to change that User register test as BuddyPress registration picks up the latest one for sending the email. I mean replace the contents of influencer registration vs user registration.

    b. Create a page for Influencer Registration, because you may be want to validate who is an Influencer on your site. So, create a page and add that shortcode in the page. In the shortcode you can disable automatic account apprval and remove the activation link from the email template. So you willbe able to manually validate the registration.

    What about the past time slots still showing on the filter search?
    Also, there is still a problem when adding several different slots to the cart, only some of them actually appear in the cart.

    Yes, again we need to verify if the product is present in the WP admin - products.

    So, the slots that are showing are sorted by the endign times in the directory. this bug has been corrected we release update tomorrow.

    The theme update is out. with the fox for the login delay.

    The cart issue update goes live with vibebp plguin.

    We have updated the theme on the website.

    The issue remains, when you add multiple time slots, not all of them are added.

    I'm adding a screen recording.
    You can see in the video I added 6 slots to the cart, but only 3 show.

    As we have written to you yesterday, the update didn't help with the cart problem. 
    The issue remains, when you add multiple time slots, not all of them are added.

    Also, since the update, the VibeBP Loggedin Menu (LoggedIn DropDown Menu) doesn't show. When you press the profile button you are automatically directed to the dashboard page. We rely on that menu and now it has disappeared.

    Furthermore, when changing a profile picture it takes a very very long time to actually show on the website. One Instructor has changed their profile picture 4 hours ago, and it still shows the default picture.

    Another thing is, in the "find an instructor" filter you can see slots available only for the new week, even if there slots available for later dates. Is it possible to show more than that?

    p.s : In all my previous findings it is the non-existent woocommerce product that has caused the issues, in every single issue that remained the case. So if out of 4 1 booking is not added this again hints that the issue is the same, you have to find that service, remove it from the - appointments - settings, save. and then re-add it back with a new price. So the issue would have never appeared if the products were not deleted from the WP admin - products section.

    The second issue about logged in menu not appearing happens becuase of the caching of scripts.

     I tried removing the fix we added last time in your site but it still appears in your page source : https://prnt.sc/gWj-26myMGzi

    So I expect the caches to clear out by itself when WP Rocket caches dies becuase manually flushing out caches is still showing the script in the HTML source.

    Also, we encountered this problem:  

    The filter pop-up in mobile in the dashboard seems to have things missing, is it a caching problem too? or something else?

    The instructor card is cached in the browser, storage which is why the effect takes time to clear out.

    The slots are captured when you switch the time availability

    Something else we found is in the instructor slider, we have set the number of slides to 30, yet only the same 10 instructors show (there are 30 signed up).

    Alright, we will check this.

    About the booking, slots disappear again from the checkout page (the cart appears empty although we added slots). These instructors are missing from the product page, but why? we didn't delete those services or products. It was working alright, and suddenly it didappers again.   

    I tried to do what you have told us before, but I probably didn't quite understand because it didn't work:

    Are we supposed to do this from the user dashboard or from the admin end of wordpress? I tried from the instructor dashboard, to remove the service, save, and then to add again the service and the price - but the product is still missing.

    It has also happened to new instructor profiles, right now it is the case for all instructor profiles that have open slots.

    Checked again, now the product does exist on woocommerce, but the cart is still empty when adding the same instructor!

    Please sort this out, it doesn't make sense for services and products to disappear and then also to not work when we do try to add them again.

    They have already logged in and even added profile pictures, and still we see only 10 repeating slides instead of all 30 like we set in the settings.

    If we add a new instructor for example, they will show in the slider, but one of the previous ones will disappear from the slider.

    We want to have a video call with you to go over these problems with our client.

    This problem is stopping us from officially launching the website, and we have been waiting for an answer for a while now. We are paying for support, yet we don't receive it. Why do we have to ask so many times and send so many messages to receive any decent help?

    Let us know when are you available to talk.

    Our client is on the verge of suing, he's losing money because he can't run the site in its current state.

    We have to take care of this by Monday.
